OSHA recently released a new ruling which placed limitations on employers’ post-accident drug and alcohol testing programs starting December 1st, 2016. Since the initial publication of the ruling, OSHA has issued interpretations of the rule to assist employers with complying with the new the post-accident testing regulation.
