WorkforceQA is deeply concerned about the health and safety of our employees as well as the employees of our clients.  WorkforceQA has been continuously monitoring the latest guidance from the Federal and State officials regarding COVID-19 and are implementing recommended steps to protect all our employees.

WorkforceQA has the technology and infrastructure to run close to normal capacity while allowing employees to work from home.  Over the last few week we have taken steps to ensure that our team is ready for a transition to have all employees work from home if required, as well as confirm our backup plan should certain individuals not be able to work for any reason.  At this time, we’re confident in our ability to maintain the level of service you’ve come to expect from our team.  And we’ll be proactive in notifying you if we believe service levels will be impacted.

Recently we have had multiple questions from clients regarding their concerns about sending their employees to healthcare facilities to get drug & alcohol testing as well as physicals performed.  We have reached out to FMCSA inquiring about any sort of pause or reprieve in standard requirements, but as of yet we have not received any guidance.   We’ve been communicating with our partners that provide collection and exam services so we can provide you with any information they’re making available to help you in your planning (see below).  In general, however, our network providers are doing everything in their power to ensure continuity in the services available, including specimen collection, BAT, and exams.

For clients who do not want to send their employees into healthcare facilities for drug & alcohol testing, we want to make sure they are aware that WorkforceQA has an extensive nationwide onsite collection network that we can make available to our clients.  Please contact your client service representative if you would like more details about setting up onsite collection events for your company.
