We are staffed 24/7/365 to coordinate and manage post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing events. When a client calls, a WFQA employee, not an outsourced call center, will answer the phone. Just like all other services, we manage post-accident events with in-house employees. With decades of experience managing post-accident/reasonable suspicion events and a national network of collection resources, you can be confident that our team will set up and execute these important tests.
Upon receiving your call, our team will:
- Assess the testing need
- Schedule the required test(s) in a time-sensitive manner
- Coordinate the testing requirements (supplies, forms, location)
- Follow-up with you every 30 minutes with a status update
- Confirm successful completion of the tests
