This month’s employee spotlight is on Samantha Golden, Manager of Implementation and Vendor Management at WFQA. Samantha started as an Implementation Specialist and climbed the ranks to manager thanks to her exceptional customer service and proactive problem-solving.

Under Samantha’s leadership, her team provides exceptional service to clients. They expertly handle tasks such as supply orders, user maintenance, collection site maintenance, new client implementation, and lab account management with precision and efficiency.

“Samantha is a great manager.” Said Tammy Bogle, VP of TPA Services. ” During implementation, Samantha provides her clients with valuable insights and guidance. She understands the client’s requirements and is focused on meeting their needs to ensure they receive the best value from WorkforceQA services.”

“I enjoy assisting clients by providing knowledge and resources to ensure timely and accurate account setup,” said Samantha.  “Additionally, I train and develop my team to become a valuable resource for WFQA.”

Samantha cherishes spending time with her family, makes it a point to attend her daughter’s practices and games, enjoys reading, takes care of her garden, and is currently in the process of learning French.

FUN FACTS ABOUT SAMANTHA:  Samantha is a proud mother of three children, with one of them currently serving in the US Army. She is also looking forward to welcoming her first grandchild in September.
