Kathy Ferrari is our Team Lead for DOT and Clinical Client Services. She has transitioned to WFQA from Affinity Workplace and has been doing an exemplary job, the clients love her and so do we. With seven years of experience in DOT compliance and 30+ years in customer service, Kathy feels effective communication is the key to building and maintaining external and internal relationships. She has always found success by actively listening while sharing open, honest information in every situation. This communication style has helped her be most effective in problem-solving, which is the aspect of her job that she enjoys the most, especially when she can efficiently help the clients and make their job easier.
Kathy has become more of a homebody since COVID. During her personal time, she loves anything to do with murder mystery – drama or true crimes. She is obsessed with history, in particular the Revolutionary War.
