American Behavioral and WFQA formed an alliance in March 2006, enabling clients of both companies to have access to a broader range of employer services. As a nationwide EAP provider serving more than one million individuals, ABBM helps employees to cope with personal and family issues that may affect their work performance and assists managers to identify and address such behavior. The ABBM alliance offers valuable additional resources to the client companies that rely on WFQA to protect their employees from drug and alcohol abuse.
WFQA has partnered with American Substance Abuse Professionals, Inc. to provide its clients with a resource for employee assistance programs and substance abuse professionals. ASAP’s national network of DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professionals enable WFQA’s clients to refer at-risk employees to professionals who oversee a compliant, effective return-to-duty process.
WFQA has closely partnered with Asurint to provide our clients with an efficient solution for background screening with an emphasis on quality, compliance, and turnaround time. Asurint’s innovative, proprietary technologies create comprehensive background screening services to meet the needs of WFQA’s clients. Since 2007, Quality Counts has been offering WFQA clients background screening services. As a nationwide, full-service provider of pre-employment employment screening and background investigation services, Quality Counts, Inc. specializes in customized employee screening solutions. Their focus on personalized client service aligns well with the needs of WFQA’s clients.
WFQA and SterlingBackcheck partnered in 2009 to provide background screening solutions for its diverse base of clients. Since 1975, Sterling has offered background screening solutions to companies large and small. Their online platforms enable WFQA clients to efficiently gather the results they need to make informed hiring decisions. SterlingBackcheck is the world’s largest company focused entirely on background checks with offices in the worldwide.
The comprehensive service offering of FormFox, integrated with our WorkforceQA system, allows you to conduct lab based collections, alcohol tests, POCT, physical exams, electronic payments, all from an electronic custody and lab based control form.
WFQA has partnered with Encompass Compliance Group to offer our clients access to their proprietary online database of workplace drug testing regulations. Their online library includes state-by-state compliance resources, guidance for navigating DOT regulations, medical marijuana information, and more.
Tenstreet provides driver recruiting software & solutions focused 100% on helping trucking companies recruit, hire & manage truck drivers. The systems interface allows clients to retrieve test results from within the Tenstreet system.
